Module 1: Changing Course TotalExisting system:
While exporting the grade report, the Course total (Real) and Course total (Percentage)
are calculated only by considering attended activities. It does not consider unattended
activities.
For Example:
Consider two activities namely A1 and A2 in the course
Consider two students in the course namely S1 and S2
S1 has attended both the activities and received 100% in A1 and 90% in A2
S2 has completed only A1 and received 100%. S2 has not attended A2 yet.
Proposed System:
The system should display the Course Total (Real) and Course Total (Percentage) by considering the unattended activities too.
Module 2: Generate report only for selected activities
Existing System:
While downloading the report, course total is displayed for all the activities (including un
selected activities)
For Example:
Consider there are 3 activities namely A1,A2 and A3
Consider student S1 scored 80% in A1, 70% in A2 and 50% in A3
only A1 and A2 are selected
A3 is not selected
Proposed System:
The course total should display only the selected activities
Module 3: Display Max marks (Out of) in Result column
Existing System:
While exporting the grade report the course total (Real) does not contain max marks
allotted for the activity.
For Example:
Consider two activities namely A1 and A2
Consider the student S1 scored 8 out of 10 in activity A1 and course total 15 out of 20.
Consider the student S2 scored 10 out of 10 in activity A1 and course total 16 out of 20.
It is difficult to understand the maximum number of marks (out of marks) allocated for
each activity.
Proposed System:
The system needs to display maximum marks allocated for each activity on the column
names.
Module 4: Add tags in Aiken format
Existing System:
While importing bulk questions in aiken format only question text,options,answers are
imported.
Proposed System:
While importing in aiken format, multiple tag names should also be imported and it is
optional. Format for mentioning the tags in the aiken format can be recommended by
the Vendor.
