We are seeking an experienced developer to enhance our ATS application with advanced user hierarchy management, flexible user mapping, and robust access control rules.
The system should support multiple user roles including Super Admin, Admin, Account Manager, Team Leader, and Recruiter with flexible hierarchy definitions and multi-mapping capabilities.
Key features include dynamic dashboard generation based on user roles, target allocation and tracking for closures and onboardings, and detailed reporting with no data duplication.
The solution must allow reassignment and transfer of users with proper linkage of performance data and task management.
Access control must ensure recruiters only see their own data, while higher roles have appropriate visibility according to hierarchy.
