Create Username Buy Sell Website with Payment Integration

I am looking for Username buy/selling website (just like domain name buy/sell)

-Login with Logify

-Show current username, balance, username price set if posted for selling, available discount code (get it from api)

-User can buy a username for himself

-User can buy a username as gift for another user

-User can search, shortlist usernames

-User search for username

-Get list of suggested usernames and price (get data from api)

-User can shortlist usernames

-User reserves a username for 10minutes and proceed to buy it (reserve via api)

-User completes payment (update success to api)

-User can retry if payment fail

-User may cancel the transaction and go back to find another username

-User can transfer username for a fee

-Get userId to transfer too, and pay transfer fee (update success to api)

-User can list username for selling at a price (set price to api)

-Withdraw balance (update success to api)

APIs will be provided

-Get current username, balance, and price if set for current username

-Get price of searched username and list of suggestions

-Reserve username

-Confirm payment for

-Username purchase

-Username gift

-Username transfer

-Update price for selling current username

-Confirm balance withdrawal

Payment gateway to receive and payout money is required

Website UI-UX designing is required, should be responsive and support both mobile and desktop
